Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to design, architect, and lead SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will direct end-to-end deployments, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across cybersecurity and other competencies.

You’ll engage with clients to understand requirements, drive proposals, and deliver high-quality security operations improvements, including incident response, vulnerability management, and configuration compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and several years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/SOC/IRM.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and related SecOps certifications.
• Experience leading a team to deliver SecOps solutions with system integrations (SIEM/SOAR/EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end.
• Manage client-facing projects and drive delivery with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and coach team members; contribute to BD and proposals.
• Support travel to meet client obligations and engagements.
