Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with Cybersecurity and cross-functional teams to mature clients’ security operations and cyber risk programs.

You will drive business development activities, deliver client demonstrations, and help shape solutions and roadmaps in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM.
• Alternative: Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification in ServiceNow CSA and SecOps/Vulnerability Response preferred.
• Experience leading a team implementing SecOps with system integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment across engagements.
• Manage end-to-end projects with onshore and offshore teams; mentor staff.
• Support business development: respond to proposals, write SOWs, build client relationships.
• Deliver client demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps and provide insights on roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature clients’ security operations.
