EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD across client engagements. You will drive workstreams, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and foster strong client relationships while navigating global projects and AI-enabled HRSD capabilities.

This role involves travel to meet client needs and contributes to shaping innovative solutions in a dynamic, global EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 4-6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience required.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.
• One of: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication, adaptability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, directing workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
