Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD and related platforms. You’ll guide client engagements, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive enterprise-scale design and delivery across teams.

You’ll manage a multi-disciplinary group, build lasting client relationships, and shape AI-enabled HRSD initiatives. This role requires travel and a strong blend of technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• Typically 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• Certified in ServiceNow (CSA or CAD) and at least one specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status aligning with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
