EY, a leading professional services firm, seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation initiatives and deliver complex engagements for global clients. You will drive multi-team workstreams, mentor professionals, and expand client relationships while promoting responsible AI adoption in HRSD projects.

You will contribute to shaping strategy, managing pre-sales efforts, and delivering high-quality artifacts in a dynamic, travel-intensive environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams delivering ServiceNow HRSD projects from planning through execution and closure.
Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources (onsite and offshore).
Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate value of EY services.
Provide guidance on responsible AI adoption in HRSD including governance and data readiness.
