Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation programs for global clients. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical specs, and drive successful delivery of HRSD solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.

You’ll interact with stakeholders, grow client relationships, and shape strategic roadmaps while traveling as needed to meet client needs. This role offers a hybrid work model and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one HRSD certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
• Provide guidance on AI-enabled HRSD transformation and governance.
