Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation programs. You will guide delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment, mentor a diverse team including offshore resources, and drive client relationships to deliver measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled HRSD capabilities, governance, and risk management while operating in a dynamic, globally connected EY environment. Travel to meet client needs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• ServiceNow HRSD project experience is required (4–6 years).
• CSA or CAD certification required.
• HR Service Delivery implementation certification preferred.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Lead design, configuration/development, testing and deployment of HRSD solutions.
• Navigate waterfall and agile delivery models and manage schedules, budgets, risks.
