Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation programs across client engagements. You will direct workstreams, mentor teams, and develop relationships while delivering complex solutions in a rapidly changing digital environment.

You will drive AI-enabled HRSD initiatives, work in a flexible hybrid model, and travel as needed to meet client requirements, leveraging your consulting background and deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one of: HR Service Delivery implementation certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of processes and solutions.
• Manage project status and align with performance objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, guiding planning through closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Advise on AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance.
