Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation programs in HRSD for major clients. You will guide workstreams, mentor a 5-10+ resource team (including offshore), and build strong client relationships while delivering practical, AI-enabled HRSD solutions.

This client-facing role requires strong project management, experience with waterfall and agile delivery, and the ability to travel as needed. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or similar.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership.
• Ability to travel and mentor teams.
• Experience leading offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Expand client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
