Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation initiatives. You will manage cross‑functional teams, drive workstreams from planning to closure, and build strong client relationships across engagements.

Frequent travel is required to meet client needs, with a focus on delivering innovative AI-enabled HRSD solutions. You will shape strategy, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute to pre‑sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; CMA/CTA is a plus.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Executive communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of ServiceNow HRSD projects.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
