Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams in HRSD projects. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage workstreams, and grow client relationships while traveling as needed.

This role participates in planning through execution and closure, with a focus on AI-enabled HRSD capabilities and governance. The position offers a hybrid work model with global, diverse teams, and opportunities to develop consulting and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/IS/Engineering).
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required; HRSD certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of Big4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience leading teams and client engagements in HRSD projects.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs; US-based driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex ServiceNow HRSD initiatives.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Guide AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance across engagements.
