Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar. (preferred)
• Typically, 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Proven leadership and client relationship skills
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure
