Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, drive AI-enabled HRSD initiatives, and grow client relationships. You’ll manage workstreams, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and help shape strategy across HRSD deployments.

Expect frequent client engagements, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and travel to meet client needs as part of a hybrid, client-facing role at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one ServiceNow certification: HR Service Delivery.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for HRSD process implementations.
