Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in Technology Analysis to lead transformation teams and deliver complex HRSD initiatives for multinational clients. The role emphasizes leadership, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration across design, configuration, testing and deployment.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases, and guide governance, privacy, and adoption strategies while traveling to meet client needs in a dynamic consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications are required.
• One of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
