Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in Technology Analysis to lead transformation teams in HRSD. This client-facing role involves motivating and developing teams, building new client relationships, and delivering complex initiatives with innovative problem-solving.

You will manage workstreams, track status, and guide design, configuration, testing and deployment while traveling as needed. EY offers a hybrid model and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status across engagements.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Provide guidance on responsible AI adoption in HRSD.
