Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation programs across HRSD with a focus on AI-enabled solutions. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive client engagements, and shape strategic roadmaps in a global, hybrid work environment.

You will partner with clients to deliver design, configuration, testing and deployment, travel as needed, and mentor teams to achieve superior outcomes while navigating complex programs in a dynamic digital economy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of HRSD projects.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Support pre-sales with proposals and estimates.
• Lead requirements workshops and design sessions.
