Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD, partnering with clients to design, configure and deploy AI-enabled HR solutions. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, manage workstreams, and build lasting client relationships across complex programs.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and the ability to drive pre-sales efforts while delivering high-quality artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of consulting experience in Big 4 or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client work sessions from planning through execution and closure.
