Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation initiatives, aligning business requirements with technical solutions. You will drive multi-team delivery, mentor resources, and shape client relationships across engagements. A strong focus on AI-enabled HRSD capabilities and governance will be required.

You will work in EY's hybrid model with travel to client sites as needed, delivering high-quality outcomes and strategic roadmaps for HRSD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS / IS / engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification and HRSD delivery skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for ServiceNow HRSD projects from planning to closure.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Guide pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
• Deliver high-quality artifacts and project documentation.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
