Job summary

EY, Americas, seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams and deliver client-focused HRSD initiatives. You will manage workstreams from planning through execution, mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5-10+ resources), and foster strong client relationships while leveraging EY’s AI-enabled HRSD capabilities.

The role requires travel to meet client needs in a dynamic, global setting and offers a hybrid work model with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications.
• 5+ years of HRSD project experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships to demonstrate EY value.
• Guide AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance in projects.
