Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD, driving complex initiatives and client-ready solutions. You will motivate and develop teams, build new client relationships, and grow consulting capabilities in AI-enabled HRSD offerings.

The role requires travel to meet client needs, mastery of both waterfall and agile delivery, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while delivering high-quality artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; strong ServiceNow HRSD background.
• Certified ServiceNow Professional (CSA/CAD) or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• Big 4 or equivalent consulting background is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of HRSD projects end-to-end.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions.
• Support pre-sales activities with proposals and estimates.
