Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive HRSD initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, coach a multi-disciplinary team, and partner with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires travel and strong leadership within a dynamic, global firm. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate models, design system architecture, and ensure AI-enabled HRSD capabilities align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• Typically 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery implementation.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the US.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
