Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams and deliver complex HRSD initiatives for major clients. You will drive workstreams from planning through execution, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and develop client relationships in a fast-changing digital environment.

This role requires travel to meet client needs, a strong consulting background, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CSA or CAD certification in ServiceNow.
• Minimum 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of processes and solutions.
• Track progress, align with objectives, and manage client sessions from planning to closure.
• Provide guidance and lead multidisciplinary teams including offshore resources.
