Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and forge strong client relationships across HRSD initiatives. You’ll drive complex delivery, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and advance AI-enabled HRSD use cases to improve employee experiences.

This client-facing role requires 4–6 years of HRSD project experience, relevant certifications, and strong leadership. Travel to client sites is expected, with EY offering a hybrid work model and a robust Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 4-6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• 5+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status aligned with objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
