Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation teams and shape AI strategies for clients. You will oversee design, development and governance of AI-driven solutions across NOW Assist, Moveworks and other ServiceNow capabilities, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with external clients.

This senior role requires 5+ years in consulting, strong program leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Typically, 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and deployment of AI-native solutions, partnering with EY’s AI & Data team to define and deliver AR strategies.
• Engage regularly with external clients, actively participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion.
