Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions and guide end-to-end delivery from planning to closure.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ including offshore resources.
• Engage with external clients and mentor workstreams, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
