EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation programs, develop AI strategies, and deliver AI‑driven solutions for major clients. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure governance and quality across engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, deep ServiceNow experience, and the ability to travel as needed in a hybrid client‑facing environment. EY offers extensive training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 2-5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills—executive communication, adaptability and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and drive AI initiatives.
• Spearhead EY’s AI thought leadership and end‑to‑end AI strategies.
• Lead build and deployment of AI‑native solutions with client collaboration.
• Engage with external clients, plan through closure, and manage risk.
• Provide direction to a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources.
