Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager in the US to lead AI-driven transformations for clients. You will guide design, configuration and deployment of NOW Assist, Moveworks, and AI Control Tower solutions, while mentoring multi‑disciplinary teams and shaping EY’s AI strategy across industries.

You’ll collaborate with clients to deliver end‑to‑end AI transformations, build governance frameworks, and support pre‑sales with compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Travel willingness and ability to work with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Engage with external clients and manage 5–10+ resources, including offshore teams.
• Guide pre‑sales efforts and craft proposals and estimates.
• Drive AI strategy, governance, and value demonstration for clients.
