Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation programs and guide AI-driven initiatives across enterprise environments. You’ll oversee delivery of AI-enabled solutions, collaborate with the AI & Data team, and ensure governance and robust integration across platforms.

The role requires 2–5 years of NOW Assist experience, Big4-level consulting exposure, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• ServiceNow certifications such as NOW Assist for ITSM/HRSD/CSM.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery and manage workstreams.
• Direct 5–10+ resources including offshore team members.
• Build and sustain client relationships, demonstrate EY value.
• Guide NOW Assist, Moveworks, and AI Control Tower implementations.
• Configure AI Search within ServiceNow and integrate with knowledge management.
• Deploy NOW Assist Skills Kit and train AI agents.
• Integrate Moveworks for automated ticket resolution.
• Develop prompts for LLMs and integrate multiple models.
• Lead client sessions and requirements workshops.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery, including budgets and risks.
• Assist pre-sales with proposals and estimates.
• Produce high-quality project deliverables and artifacts.
