Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation teams and shape AI-driven solutions for clients across industries. You will guide design, configuration, and deployment of NOW Assist, Moveworks, and AI governance frameworks, while mentoring a multi‑disciplinary team in a hybrid work model.

Applicants should have 5+ years of consulting experience in ServiceNow and AI, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 5+ years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project workstreams including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources (including offshore).
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
