Johnson Controls seeks an on-site CRC (Customer Service Coordinator) to schedule service calls and manage technician workloads at our Fayetteville location. You will coordinate with customers, ensure timely maintenance, and relay plans to the team.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards in a safety‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–5 years in service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and issues with tact and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize based on financial impact and business goals.

Responsabilités

• Receives and schedules customer calls for service under the Customer Business Manager.
• Manages the schedule of technicians and mechanics for timely preventative maintenance.
• Debriefs daily with technicians to resolve issues and ensure completion.
• Coordinate with Customer Billing Coordinators and Support Coordinators through the business process.
