Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site Service Operations Coordinator to manage service calls and technician scheduling. You will coordinate with customers, debrief daily, and ensure timely preventative maintenance in line with forecasting goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years of service industry experience in managing service operations or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with tact, cooperation, and persistence.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer and service needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to be provided directly to the customer.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and perform follow-up as needed.
• Debrief activities daily and maintain daily schedules for technicians.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
• Assist with time and expense reporting submission and timesheet accuracy.
