Qualifications

• Experience with customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls.
• Manage technician and mechanic calendars.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance and forecasting alignment.
• Coordinate with billing and support coordinators to progress jobs.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in NxGen.
• Attend team huddles and planning meetings.
