Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tact and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work based on financial impact.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers directly.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Debrief daily with technicians; maintain daily schedules.
• Assist with time/expense reporting and timesheet corrections.
