Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to onsite coordinate customer requests, technician schedules, and the daily flow of work to support timely maintenance and service jobs.

Under supervision, you will schedule service calls, manage technician workloads, debrief daily, and help move completed work through the business process with a strong focus on responsiveness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of service industry experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goals.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks and goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer requests for service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to match technicians to needs.
• Communicate action plan and services to customers.
• Confirm work completion meets customer expectations and follow up.
• Answer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Debrief technicians daily and maintain communication with team.
• Support service visits, parts ordering, and PO creation.
