Johnson Controls is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage service calls and coordinate technician schedules in a fast paced environment. You will ensure timely preventative maintenance aligns with forecasts and maintain open communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in service scheduling, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A competitive benefits package accompanies the position.

Formación

• Must have 2–5 years of service operations and/or service scheduling experience.
• Ability to perform work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and issues simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Manage schedule of technicians and mechanics and coordinate with teams.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians to customer needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers and follow up as needed.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
