Johnson Controls, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking an on-site Service Scheduler to coordinate daily workloads of field technicians and mechanics.

You will receive customer service requests, schedule visits, and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance in line with forecasts. Under supervision, you will debrief technicians, resolve scheduling issues with other teams, and update customer account information in NxGen.

Competenze

• Must have 2–5 years of service operations or scheduling experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.

Mansioni

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service.
• Manage the schedule of technicians and mechanics.
• Coordinate with billing and support to progress completed jobs.
• Ensure on-time service visits and maintain customer communications.
