Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our culture-driven team. You will handle service dispatching, scheduling, and customer inquiries while supporting technicians and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes on-site coordination, process adherence, and a customer-first mindset across our nationwide service network. You will work with iCare for work orders, Spectrum maintenance entries, and quotes, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and customer service skills, able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Basic financial knowledge—AR/AP, purchase orders, work orders.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls and inquiries.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for scheduling of planned maintenance and service.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork; enter weekly time sheets.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing; process and approve invoicing.
• Maintain customer service binders; update Spectrum entries and provide quotes with the Service Supervisor.
• Procure parts/materials for service work orders and ensure timely PM visits.
