Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team and grow with the company. You will manage service dispatch, scheduling, and work orders in iCare and Spectrum while delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Basic financial knowledge and skills—accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and call changes.
• Creates and dispatches work orders in iCare for scheduling of planned maintenance and service.
• Attends planning sessions, conducts weekly service paperwork reconciliation and time sheet data entry.
• Monitors invoicing processes and assists with customer satisfaction follow-up.
