Job summary

Convergint is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team and help deliver world-class service. You will dispatch service calls, manage work orders, and coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong customer communication, organizational excellence, and adherence to safety policies. A background in dispatch or admin support within a construction or service environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Basic financial knowledge (accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, and general inquiries.
• Create and dispatch work orders for planned maintenance and service.
• Attend planning sessions and manage weekly service paperwork reconciliation and time sheets.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing.
• Administer check-in/check-out for Technicians and ensure safety protocols.
