Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join a dynamic, growth-oriented team. You will handle dispatching, scheduling, and customer communications while supporting technicians and service operations.

The role offers exposure to a leading global services integrator and a culture focused on collaboration and excellence. The position requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience.
• Experience in a construction industry environment preferred.
• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and changes.
• Creates and dispatches work orders in iCare for planned maintenance and service.
• Attends weekly planning sessions and conducts weekly service paperwork reconciliation.
