Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will dispatch service calls, schedule visits, and manage work orders while maintaining exceptional customer service and strong internal collaboration.

The role involves coordinating with technicians, entering orders in iCare and Spectrum, and supporting multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and in-person customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic financial knowledge and ability to read financials like A/R/AP and PO/WO.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, service dispatching, scheduling, and inquiry resolution.
• Create and dispatch work orders for planned maintenance and service.
• Attend planning sessions and manage weekly service paperwork and time sheets.
• Process service agreements and monitor subcontractor pricing/invoicing.
• Administer check-in/check-out for Technicians; ensure safety/compliance.
