Qualifications

• 3-5 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner.
• Coordinate service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers.
• Support accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders and work orders.
