Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our customer-focused team in a dynamic environment. You will dispatch service calls, schedule visits, and manage work orders while maintaining client satisfaction and accurate records.

Key duties include processing invoices, updates to customer data, and coordinating with Technicians, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a call center, dispatch or administrative role.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic financials and purchase orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, dispatching, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Create and dispatch work orders for maintenance and service.
• Enter and reconcile time sheets and service paperwork weekly.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing.
• Maintain customer service binders and update Spectrum/PM data.
• Provide administrative support and ensure safety and training compliance.
