Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team and contribute to service dispatch, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. You will support planning sessions, manage work orders, and assist with invoicing and technician coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and changes.
• Create and dispatch work orders for scheduling maintenance and service.
• Attend planning sessions, reconcile weekly service paperwork and enter timesheets.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing approvals.
• Manage check-in/check-out of technicians and ensure safety policy adherence.
