TForce Freight, Inc. is seeking a Service Center Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day operations at our service centers in Albany. You will analyze productivity data, collaborate with the management team to develop action plans, and help drive service level improvements.

You will oversee staff, participate in hiring decisions, align with labor agreements, conduct training and evaluations, and coach teams to achieve safety, quality, and performance targets. This role requires U.S.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or GED (or international equivalent).
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; supervisory experience in transportation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate hiring and promotion decisions with other managers.
• Ensure adherence to labor agreements and address grievances.
• Participate in new hire orientation and conduct safety and quality training.
• Determine employee training needs and provide feedback and support.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues.
• Develop labor relations by interacting with labor officials and unionized employees.
