Job summary

You will collaborate with the Service Center management team to develop action plans and drive improvements in performance. The role focuses on staff oversight, coaching, training, and conducting performance evaluations while upholding labor agreements and ensuring safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Supervisory experience in transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and promotion decisions with other managers.
• Ensure adherence to labor agreements and address grievances.
• Participate in new hire orientation and conduct safety/quality training.
• Determine training needs and provide feedback and support.
• Conduct performance evaluations and resolve performance issues.
• Build labor relations with unionized employees and officials.
• Coach and develop staff using career development processes.
