Qualifications

• Two years of dealership experience preferred.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations helpful.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data prior to arrival.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts; establishes promised time.
• Monitors progress of repairs and notifies customers of changes; obtains approvals for additional work.
• Test-drives the vehicle or refers to the test technician as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction index at least equal to manufacturer/branch average.
• Advises customers on car care per manufacturers' specifications and maintenance menus.
• Follows safety policies and reports accidents immediately.
