Job summary

You will serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate vehicle diagnostics, service, and timely repairs while delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, document issues, provide clear service explanations, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and maintain detailed service records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about latest automotive technologies and services.
• Provide information about maintenance schedules and recommended services.
