Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Account Representative to join our collaborative culture. The role supports service delivery for assigned accounts and coordinates maintenance, invoicing, and contract activities from our Florida offices.

You will engage with customers, manage schedules, and monitor costs while contributing to a growing organization focused on equal opportunity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and personal customer service skills.

• Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable/payable and purchase/work orders.
• Solid organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery to assigned accounts.
• Support Customer Support Program activities including scheduling, tracking costs, and contract renewals.
• Schedule and follow up on monthly maintenance accounts and PM visits.
• Attend regular customer meetings to review account status."
• Perform other duties as needed.
