Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior workforce planning analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for its centralized WFM team supporting multiple pharmacy departments.

This high-visibility role requires advanced Excel skills, collaboration with Operations, Finance, HR, and Training, and the ability to translate data into actionable headcount plans while improving forecasting maturity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning in healthcare or similar ops.
• Proven ability to build long-term forecasts and capacity plans, not just schedule admin.
• Strong budgeting experience and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication to present plans to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term demand forecasting across pharmacists, techs, and support roles.
• Build rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill levels.
• Drive annual budgeting and align projections with budgets.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with ops and finance.
• Refine forecasting methods and governance; raise analytics maturity.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, Training, vendors.
• Mentor planning analysts and promote consistent standards.
